Satisfaction

I enjoy the satisfaction of turning down a mechanic's offer to replace my car's air filter for $40 and then going to an auto parts store, buying an air filter for $13 and replacing it myself. Easy peasy. What I find to be a little irritating was that while in the process of replacing said air filter, I found that 1 screw of the cover was missing and that 2 of the 3 remaining screws had not been re-tightened by those silly mechanics. Grrrr... But my air filter was incredibly yucky so at least they didn't lie about that. Now my MPGs should improve - very important these days...especially with the way I drive. ;-)
